Tickets

We are purchasing the tickets for those sponsored by the National Organizing Committee. Where there are Ethiopian Airlines ticket offices, the ticket will be sent to you electronically. Where there are no such offices, we are sending the ticket by DHL. For this it is important that we get the physical address (street number or telephone, including if possible mobile phone number). This applies in particular to those coming from Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Gambia, Niger, Morocco and Tunisia.

Meeting Dates

As you can see from the Program, the Congress will take place on 22-24 May. This is because the African Union Commission wants the Conference halls for its own meeting on the 25th of May. This has necessitated some changes in the departure dates of participants sponsored by the National Organizing Committee, as you will discover when you receive your tickets.
